BSOD errors plz fix

I have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit (not activated) , 4gb ram, asus HD5450-SL 1gb graphics card, gigabyte H61M-S1 motherboard.
I'm continuously getting memory_management, system_service_exception, etc. errors.
I updated all my drives using driver easy software but still BSOD is coming up.
How to fix these errors it, pc freezes most of the tym and always needs to b restarted.

You should do the RAM memory test, there is one built into the Windows itself. If it says the test failed, you'll have to shell out the cash for a new RAM I'm afraid. Good luck!

how to check ram??? can you give me name of Software which can determine that...

You don't have to download anything, just follow the instructions on the link, all you need is built into Windows already.

how do to find which part of the hardware i need to change to stop getting BSOD errors ???

Don't use driver easy, you are asking for problems. Go to the manufacturer's website, and install the latest applicable drivers.

Now try a HDD check https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2641432/check-your-hard-disk-for-errors-in-windows-7
Do this for all partitions.
