RAM: (did a full memtest86 test no issues)

I think it all started after i installed my GPU.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Although mini-dumps can be helpful more information is needed.

Any recent changes to the pc: hardware, software (OS and/or apps), configuration? If so, what was changed?

Look in Reliabillity History and Event Viewer.

Any error codes, warnings, or informational events being captured just before or at the time of the BSODs?

i fixed my issue by disabling these bios settings
Core Performance Boost.
Global C-State Control
Relaxed EDC Throttling
also setting power supply idle control to Typical idle control
