BSOD, freezing and artifacts....Tried everything, can't figure this out....

So I was having BSOD and freezing with my old GPU that died as well.But not artifacts.

Now I bought an R9 280 and I am still getting blue screens, freezing with no message and artifacts IN and OUT of game...I can't figure for the love of me what the hell is causing this mess and it seems it is more than one thing.
I took it to a tech over here and he managed nothing....He said it is "probably" the card or some incompatibillity issue..

MY rig is :
GPU: r9 280 msi twinfrozr
CPU: I7 920 @ 2.67 ghz
PSU: akasa freedom power 750w
RAM: 6GB ddr3
MOBO: Asus p6t deluxe.

I am desperate for help.I don't know what I can do to figure this out.
I tried formatting, clean drivers install, changed switch in the card to alt bios but nothing works.

Can you monitor your gpu temperature when this I happening and let us know what they are. Also have you tried uninstalling, rebooting and then reinstalling your gpu driver?

Yes I have tried.
Gpu does not go beyond 77celcius :/

Then I'm beginning to suspect the PSU, power issues often cause bsod and freezing but I have not seen artifacting before. The fact your PSU is not one of the well known quality brands means it could easily be a poor quality unit.
