[SOLVED] BSOD from Rainbow Six Siege

Hi, its me again. I still haven't gotten my SSD fixed yet, and this is another issue.
I just downloaded Rainbow Six Siege, and I have been getting different BSODs mid way through the games, and I did reinstall drivers, but to no avail. My system specs are

asus maximus xi hero
core i9-9900k,
rtx 2080,
16GB 3200mhz ram,
650w psu, ,
860 evo 250gb.

my model is the toughpower grand rgb 650w from thermaltake, the cpu and gpu was in the 50s, and i downloaded the game from steam. im running on win 10 btw

the ram is running at 3200 mhz, i update the bios to i think 1005, and i will be updating it soon

i updated the bios to ver 1401, hopefully this will solve it

the problem is fixed, all i had to do is update the bios to 1401.
