BSOD from Rust?

Hi I bought a Y700-34ish
and just recently upgraded from a 750ti to a 1050ti and with the old and new GPU I randomly get a blue screen saying Machine_Check_Exception whenever playing rust but not any other game?.. i don't know what is causing this issue, any help would be helpful

Specs:
i5 6400 @2.7Ghz
LENOVO SKYBAY Motherboard H170
1 x 8gb DDR4 @2133Mhz
1050ti 4gb
256gb v-nano ssd
2tb sshd 8gb
450w PSU 80+ Bronze.

Have you tried to verify game files etc? Re-install? I know thats a pain in the rear end, to download again though.

you might take a look at this thread over on the GeForce forum - mods are indicating the latest Nvidia drivers are buggy, and identifying the last known stable driver..

go down to the 3rd post in the thread, and be sure to follow their instructions for un-installing your current driver first
