Hey everyone,

I've been getting random BSOD very often since building my PC a few months ago.

When I view the event using the Blue Screen View application, although the error codes differ, it always seems to be caused by ntoskrnl.exe, sometimes with vgk.sys..

I have included a link to the minidump files below, any help would be much appreciated.

I would see if you can newer versions of this
  1. Nov 18 2009 - jnprvamgr.sys - Juniper Network Agent Virtual Adapter Manager driver
  2. Oct 30 2014 - jnprns.sys - Juniper Network Service Light Weight Filter driver
As they too old for win 10, what are they for?

try updating your Nvidia drivers

BIOS update could help too

Do you use WIFI or Ethernet?
WIFI is newer than mine (until i update them) and there are newer Realtek Ethernet drivers here, labelled Win10 Auto Installation Program (SId:1152921505693508551) under the Windows header. https://www.realtek.com/en/componen...0-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

Hey Colif, thank you for the quick reply...

AMD Ryzen 3600 Processor

ASUS TUF GeForce GTX 1660 Super GPU

These are the main components, let me know if more info is needed.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pastebin.com/2iExpqQs This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it.

File information:060121-11000-01.dmp (Jun 1 2021 - 13:51:53)
Bugcheck:KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: ArmouryCrate.UserSessionHelper.exe)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 16 Hour(s), 24 Min(s), and 18 Sec(s)

Possible Motherboard page: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-B550M-A-WI-FI/
There is a BIOS update available for your system. You're using version 0805. The latest stable version is 2006. We recommend avoiding Beta versions. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

I updated all chipset and GPU drivers as recommended, got another BSOD this morning. I'm thinking I'll need to update the BIOS as well. If anyone could send a link on how to go about doing that properly, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Pay attention to the warning in the manual: DO NOT shut down or reset the system while updating the BIOS! Doing so can cause system boot failure!

Verify it's the correct manual before starting.

In the manual, read both sections 2.3 and 2.4 before starting. Hopefully you won't need 2.4.

Update to version 2006. Don't try the Beta versions.

The manual for the "PRIME B550M-A (WI-FI) " is here: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...(WI-FI)/E16551_PRIME_B550M-A_WI-FI_UM_WEB.pdf

Hey guys, quick update. I updated the BIOS to the latest stable version, and got rid of those drivers associated with PulseSecure VPN - everything has been smooth since, so I think I've solved the issue. Thanks for all the help!
