BSOD Happens Randomly

So as the title suggest I get random BSOD on my Windows 7 Pro work PC. It typically happens at night when I'm not on the PC but it only seems to happen every few months or so.

The info I get from Blue Screen View is "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"
Bug Check Code: 0x0000009f
Cause by Driver ntoskrnl.exe

At the risk of sounding dumb, if it's a work PC why not let them fix it?

Because I'm the tech XD. I've researched it quite a bit and just don't feel like doing it anymore I wanted to see if anybody had experienced it and had a quick fix. It doesn't really affect me since it happens at night so it's not like a major problem but there's obviously something going on.

Could be the motherboard... or the ram. Run Memtest.
