What I would do would depend on what's on the laptop. I would try booting from a usb with the Windows installer and see if that gives any repair options. Or I would boot from a usb containing a linux distro (a usb I personally believe everyone should have) and begin moving my essential files off to external storage. Then I would be able to decide if I should wipe the laptop and reinstall Windows, which is most likely necessary for future stable performance. Not sure what the BSOD was but it was stuck at 0 percent for an hour so I decided to hard crash my pc. After doing so the laptop boots into bios and will not go into automatic repair mode when interrupted 3 times. At this point not quite sure what to do.
