Every once in a while (2-3 times a week) I get a blue screen of death stating:

Hardware Malfunction Call your hardware vendor for support.
NMI: Parity Check/Memory Parity Error.
The System has halted

My system is win7 pro, 8gigs of ram, (Frankenpad Bios mod) Lenovo T61, Samsung 500gb SSD.
I need to know if it is my memory that is failing.failing, I used Memtest 86 overnight, with no errors.
If anyone knows exactly what kind of memory to use in my 2008 Lenovo T61, that would be great!
Maximum system memory was 4gig, until I used an aftermarket Bios that lets me use up to 8gigs.
Also, I use PrimoCache to speed up my Samsung 840 Pro drive.

Any help finding out what causes this would be great.
Also, every once in a while, Microsoft displays a window that my Windows copy may be Illegal, and when I update, it goes away. Is it possible that Microsoft injects this BSOD on me? (My copy is a legit purchased full license of Win. 7 Pro, with service pack 1)

Thank you,
