So been getting the title error when i launch just one application in specific, i have read several forums trying to address the issue, including quite a few here, and have not been able to find a solution. I understand the application is likely just coincidence, being by far the most system heavy thing i have run on here (or even own), the application is the game dragon age: inquisition.
Specs:
OS: Windows 7 64bit (up to date)
Case: Corsair Carbide 780t
Psu: EVGA Supernova Nex650G
Cpu: Intel I-7 4790K (very slightly overclocked using the optimization feature of my motherboard, wasn't intentional and don't know how to undo it, running at 4.4ghz, ,4ghz over stock)
GPU: Club 3D Radeon R-9 390x (not overclocked)
MB: Asus Z97-A
RAM: 2x8gb Kingston DDR3 1600mhz
Hard drives: 1 2tb (not sure what kind, pretty low end, but works just fine) and 1 1tb thats even lower end, but is only an overflow drive, doesn't have any relevant drivers or anything, on it.
Just in case ill include my peripherals. I do not know what is causing this, so better safe than sorry: Monitor is a 32" Sanyo HDTV, mouse is a Logitech G600, keyboard is also a logitech g series, though i am not entirely sure which one, they run on the same (up to date) program. Also have a WD 2TB external HD
Fans: using a kind of low end tower cooler for the cpu, as well as the stock exhaust and front LED fans that came with the case, a total of 4 including the cpu one.
Temps: Before the game caused the crash, i was at 66 degrees C on the gpu, 40 on the MB, and 50 on the cpu.
Steps taken: I have made sure all drivers are up to date, as well as the game and client. I scanned my boot drive for errors and virus'/malware, scanned the memory for errors, updated my anti virus (using AVG free and spybot seek and destroy), updated my external wifi card (D'link DWA-160), removed the driver for my glitchy, ultra cheap mp3 player. Cleaned and dusted the dust filters on the case (the interior is almost entirely dust free).
I have tried many other games since, not gotten close to lag let alone the BSOD, which is likely because i dont have another game close to as system heavy, but still, no error like this on anything else like this For further context, the GPU is new, like got it as a birthday present a week and a half ago. I ran da3 fine before that, albeit on lower settings. The ONLY change to my system between fine and not fine is the new card, the old card was an XFX HD6950, and it didnt get me a single BSOD on the same game, i played til level 9 in the game on that card, at medium graphics. On the new card, which was purposefully well over what needed to. I have heard many people in various forums mention that the PSU is usually a cause, hopefully this is not true, as i did quite a bit of research before buying any part, and the PSU i listed above I was told by 3 reputable sources was slightly more than enough, esp if not crossfiring or overclocking, and it is also relatively new, less than a year old, and bought specifically because all the parts i wanted could run on it. I also tried literally half a dozen hardware calculators before and just again now for determining the psu being enough, and came to at the highest, 583 watts draw, and mine is 650w
That is all i can think of, thank you in advance, hopefully something can be figured out. I do not have the skill to pull apart the pc on my own (a pc savvy friend, who built several pcs successfully, put this together for me) and am quite sadden as it has taken me over a year to acquire the parts so i can play this game (and others that i have yet to buy, of the same kind of system heaviness).

Solution
If you don't clean up the AMD GPU driver, and then use other one, sometime you will get this kind the trouble. Try use the DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html in safe mode uninstall all the GPU drivers, then reinstall the AMD GPU driver only again, not the intel onboard iGPU driver.

If this method does not work out, maybe the r9 390x or the PSU has problem, try the 390x in other PC, or other PSU, the Supernova Nex650G is just the "good enough" type PSU http://hardocp.com/article/2014/05/16/evga_supernova_nex650g_650w_power_supply_review/1#.Vfx_hpfkSNM The 390x will draw more power than the HD6950. If you don't have those to try, may go to local PC shop ask for help before buy other good PSU...

Solution

The r9 390x works fine on other games, do you think its needs to be returned?
I will try your driver solution right now and get back to you asap, ill see if that works.

It looks like your driver solution has worked. Thank you so much. Uninstalling using the program you linked and cleanly re-installing has seemingly done the trick. It has been nearly 2 hours and no BSOD, whereas before one would happen within 45min.

If you only got BSOD, and the problem maybe from other hardware or software, like the driver, not from the PSU.
How about go to the windows event logs and check out what error is. http://maximumpcguides.com/windows-7/how-to-check-system-logs-in-the-event-viewer/
