Hey, I've had my computer for around 3 months now and during this period I've installed 3 OS's because it randomly goes into a blue screen fit after about 20 days of installing the OS. This is the third time now and its really starting to get on my nerves. I first started with Windows 8 for the first few times but they kept on doing the same thing, after 20 days it will just mess up. I thought installing Windows 7 will solve this but after these 20 days it did it once again.

I'm really out of opinions now and I really don't know what to do.
The most common BSOD's I get is "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" this one is the first one which pops up then after it goes to DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXPECTION, NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM. The first one is usually the most common with them though. I really don't know what to do its a fairly newish computer and from the start its been doing all of this.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Go into BIOS and find your current version, then off to the mobo's website, and should have a download/support section, in it you will find BIOS downloads, get the latest (instructions for it will be in your mobo manual) and also go to the drivers for your OS and download the latest of each and install

I wouldn't know where to start when it comes to updating bios. Would you help me out?
