Heya all,

Trying to diagnose what's wrong and how to fix a persistant BSOD issue that started yesterday with my Win 10 PC. I'm getting a stop code of "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". I have...

A minidump file
memory.dmp (Warning, the memory file is massive at over a gig)

System event description was:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{6B3B8D23-FA8D-40B9-8DBD-B950333E2C52}
and APPID
{4839DDB7-58C2-48F5-8283-E1D1807D0D7D}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE SID (S-1-5-19) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Is there anything I would need to provide? And thanks so much in advance for any help!

Hi, I ran the minidump (only) through the debugger and got the following information: https://pastebin.com/Te5Yeztd

File: 071717-25828-01.dmp (Mon Jul 17 15:03:48.305 2017)
BugCheck: [DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (D1)] {8, 2, 0, fffff805cf23020e}
Probably caused by: bwcW10x64.sys (Process: System)

It appears to be the Killer Network driver that needs to be updated or reinstalled.

I can't help any further with this. Maybe someone else who knows more about the dump files will download the memory.dmp and check it out.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks for the response!... I'm going to call it closed right now because I had to take more drastic actions when more problems cropped up, but hopefully it should be fixed heh.
