BSOD installing drivers

Hi, I just installed windows 8.1 and I need to install my drivers for the AMD 8760 I found the drivers and started to install them however when it starts to install the video driver itself the screen flickers a few times then blue screens and the screen is all stretched and I cannot see what the words say it then restarts and every time I try to login it says “Kernel Security Check Failure” after two attempts to login it restarts and boots into recovery mode, And I’ve reinstalled windows 8.1 like 4 times it does it every single time I try to install the drivers.

Alright I just want to be sure I'm installing the correct stuff so here are screen shots, This is the model of PC https://imgur.com/bX0BqoU, This is the motherboard in it https://imgur.com/9jwAYyu, This is the spec's of the motherboard https://imgur.com/vN6ZfUi, This is the chipset I tried installing https://imgur.com/X9wTVnL, I did express install and it still did the crazy blue screen tear and completely broke the PC and I had to do a clean install, Sorry if I'm making this complicated.

As this is a factory-built PC you should use the PC model to find the correct drivers, not the motherboard model.
