About a month ago I upgraded a lot of the parts in my computer. After all the upgrades my computer has not been able to go any further than 10 seconds into the Windows installation process. I originally upgraded to a 5900x with a MSI X570 Gaming Pro Carbon mobo. I kept the same PSU and RAM from the previous build. I've run memtest86 about 6 times and no errors. I tried three separate installation medias and each one had the same problem. I looked through multiple forums and came to the conclusion it had to be my mobo or cpu that were faulty. I replaced the 5900x with a 5800x and the same problem occurred. Then I switched the mobo for ASUS TUF Gaming Plus Wifi and once again the same problem. I've updated the bios on the motherboard and have played with the settings and the problem still persists. I'm very desperate and can't afford to spend any more money unless I know what the problem really is. Please help.

My specs:
  • EVGA 3080 XC3 Ultra Gaming
  • Ryzen 7 5800x
  • ASUS TUF X570 Gaming Plus Wifi BIOS Ver. 3001
  • EVGA 750W GQ (about 5 years old)
  • A-DATA XPG Z1 16 GB DDR4 2800 MHz (about 5 years old)
  • NZXT Kraken X63
