Question BSOD - Internal Power Error

As mentioned in the title, I am having continued problems with a BSOD - Internal Power Error. This started about a week ago once or twice and then as of today I couldn’t get past the boot screen. I have tried to install a fresh version of Windows 11 Pro but cannot get to install it due to the error appearing before I install. I have removed all external hardware as well as tested multiple different hardware components such as my GPU, different RAM slots with different sticks as well as replugging power cables to the MOBO. I have no idea what to do so that I am able to have my computer usable.

What are the complete specs for this system (make/model of ALL installed components)? Details matter.

Are you attempting to overclock anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?

Has this system ever been stable?

32GB (2x16GB) Gskill Z5 5600mhz RAM
MSI b760 Tomohawk WiFi
500GB WDB m.2 ssd
250gb PNY ssd
2x barracuda 1TB HDD
RM850x PSU
Deepcool water cooling triple fan AIO
HP 3070 8GB

I also have everything stock and everything else has been stable for the year I’ve had it

If you remove the 3070 and use the iGPU only, does the problem stop?

The problem still continued. I believe it may be one of the storage devices. Particularly the PNY since it came from an old system

I have removed the drives all except the m.2 I want to boot up to and it has eliminated the issue. Could it have something to do with a corrupt drive?

Possibly. Establish a solid baseline and proceed testing from there.

I’ve been running the computer for about 2 hours now doing some homework as well as installing some of the programs I use and it has been stable. Hoping that it stays that way

What all did you remove the previous config?

I did a fresh install and the only thing I kept were personal files like photo albums and such

Understood on software, I was referring to hardware.
