I installed a new Intel I5 4590 and visited a systemrequirementslab.com and it told me I had an Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3258 @ 3.20GHz. I launched Speccy and that confirmed I had an Intel i5.
I ignored the misnomer and launched a game. It crashed after 30 minutes. Then a bsod with the error Driver IRQL not less or equal popped up. It has happened three times in total. I am 90% certain it was my new CPU but i checked the Intel Driver Update Utility and that told me there were no drivers found for my product.
My build:
Win 8.1 64 bit
Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.30GHz (New Part)
8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz
ASRock H97M Anniversary (CPUSocket)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (EVGA)
931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1ER162 (SATA)
And my MiniDump file for the past couple BSODs

Any sort of help would be great
