Hey guys my pc is not properly working.the pc is running slower and whenever I try to play YouTube full screen or a game I will get the bsod IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.when I try safe mode the pc runs faster but one time I got bsod in safe mode.here are the dump files
Dump 1(I posted this in Microsoft forums and they said it was due to Malwarebytes.so I uninstalled it)
Dump 2
Dump 3(these 2 bsod happened after removing Malwarebytes)
Hope someone can help
Specs: cpu-ryzen 2600x
Gpu-gt 730(for now will upgrade later)
Ram-crucial ballistix 16gb 2400mhz
Mobo-Asus prime b450 plus
Psu-thermaltake litepower 650w
I ran Memtest 86 for 4 passes no errors found

Solution
never seen that 2nd error before.

The DRIVER_PORTION_MUST_BE_NONPAGED bug check has a value of 0x000000D3. This indicates that the system attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.

drivers run in non paged area of ram. What that means is they have to run in ram and cannot be moved onto page file. This error sounds like a driver is wanting to run in a area of ram not designated as Non Paged, or a driver is querying that part of ram for an action it shouldn't.

(DNS error on paste site always makes it hard to read dumps)

before you run seatools, can you tell us what make the storage drives are? As Western digital and Samsung have their own tests.

It appears it is definitely a data error, as all BSOD are...

I have run just the latest one due to the date differences (If I'm not mistaken the second dump occurred late last month?)

I have run the dump file and you can see the full report here: https://pste.eu/p/fbye.html

Summary of findings:
BugCheck A
Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiUpdateTimeAssist+3b )
Marked as WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT

Bugcheck Description:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
"This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at an invalid address while at a raised interrupt request level (IRQL).
This is typically either a bad pointer or a pageability problem.

P1 is the address that could not be referenced."

About your bugcheck:
"Bug check 0xA is usually caused by kernel mode device drivers using improper addresses. This is either a bad memory pointer or a pageability problem with the device driver code. Examine the third party drivers .

Check the System Log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help pinpoint the device or driver that is causing the error. For more information, see Open Event Viewer. Look for critical errors in the system log that occurred in the same time window as the blue screen."

Some things to consider:
I would highly advise you to view the full report above, as this will contain much more detail as to the bugcheck and modules running at the time.
  • Your NVIDIA drivers appear to be very out of date, I would update these first.
  • Your PSU is poor quality, so this can't be eliminated as a potential cause for concern
  • Do you have latest BIOS installed?
  • When did you update your Realtek audio drivers?
  • It appears they may be an updated chipset driver

All MB drivers can be updated from here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/PRIME-B450-PLUS/HelpDesk_Download/

lol. i told gardenman that if people beat him to answering, its not my fault... deletes PC answer :)

only kidding. You need to move windows DV into microsoft drivers :)
I have seen Iball mouse (2012) cause BSOD recently
looks like he has the WIndows version of Nvidia drivers installed

The newer nvidia drivers does not support gt 730
The bios is not updated.it has the same version which the motherboard came with
I tried uninstalling Realtek drivers using revo uninstaller to check whether that was causing the issue.now I reinstalled the driver from the Asus website but sound is not working.the sound manager shows that green bars going up indicating sound being played but no sound in the headphone

Will resetting windows 10 fix it?

I only kept it in there to highlight that DV is being used, that or I mark it up elsewhere.
Agreed i believe myself and Colif saw someone else with an iBall driver that caused an issue.

Resetting might fix it. But also could continue if it reinstalls same drivers.
You might just have to make sure the sound is enabled correctly in background settings.
You sure about the later drivers for NVIDIA? Doing a search for your model here brings up latest drivers? What OS are you on?

He is on Version 1903 - its in gardenmans conversion - - https://pste.eu/p/sV88.html

One dump did blame MBAM, another blamed BEDAISY which is part of anti cheat software for games.

most aren't so specific. None of the IRQ errors mention a driver

I don't see BEDAISY crash very often.

updating BIOS could help, there are only 9 since yours. Before you update BIOS make sure you have newest chipset drivers as BIOS update page says to have newest before installing

Here it says that gt730 does not support the newer drivers.

here are the dump files

I have run the dump files and you can see the full reports here:

Dump 1 https://pste.eu/p/fG6c.html (DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION) CLIP Service
Dump 2 https://pste.eu/p/1AVk.html (DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION) CLIP Service
Dump 3 https://pste.eu/p/mspc.html (DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION) CLIP Service
Dump 4 https://pste.eu/p/zcFN.html (EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT)
Additional commands were run on the last dump - .trap frame.

Summary of findings:
BugCheck C4
Probably caused by : clipsp.sys ( clipsp!ClipSpUninitialize+3839f )

BugCheck 1000007F
Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiPageFault+360 )

Typically the last bugcheck only occurs when there is a hardware fault of some kind. Usually hardware conflict.
I'm currently looking through the dumps now but will post so that @Colif can also see so we should be able to draw what caused the trap.

if win 10 got BSOD during an update, you likely have a broken windows now.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

Anything on PC you want to rescue?
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select file>open
Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd

once you copied everything off, follow this guide: https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/

Are you on Windows Insider at all?
he is on 18362 as per your dump, Insiders are on a later build now.

Neither. I am saying it could be either. I have actually updated that previous post with a new link with some updated Info for the last dump: https://pste.eu/p/8O7n.html

No way of telling without eliminating causes. Kernel Traps often come from compatibility problems with hardware, thus why I recommended the BIOS update earlier.

Reinstalling or repairing windows as Colif suggested is best bet now, if issues still occur, you're probably looking at hardware.

May also want to check storage drives with HD Sentinel or Seagate tools.

Try running memtest86 on your ram stick, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

if we can clear ram, the bios update should be okay as it doesn't run in windows so it can't bsod. It doesn't even use the boot drive, just a USB stick in most cases or online in yours. I already showed you this - https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/PRIME_A320M-A/E13571_BIOS_Update_EM_V4_WEB.pdf

Clearing ram also mean repair install may not crash either.

I had already run memtest86 for 4 passes nd there were no errors

one fix is to run startup repair
how did you get into safe mode? via automatic repair menu at startup or another way? just curious as startup repair is on the advanced menu that also includes startup options that leads to safe mode... so you been through the right spot.

this shows 2 ways to fix the BOOTMGR CORRUPTED.THIS SYSTEM CANNOT BOOT. error...

don't download anything - https://www.auslogics.com/en/articles/how-to-fix-bootmgr-image-corrupted-problem/

Do you have a win 10 installer? If not, On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB (will need this for one step of above link)

I will ask one of the other 2 to convert your dump files.

I turned on the pc again and it booted to windows from there I pressed shift+restart to enter the menu from where I selected safe mode.i tried startup repair and it displayed it couldn’t repair your pc
