While gaming got a random BSOD irql_not_less_or_equal hal.dll ntoskrnl.exe. This was only a one time occurrence. Built my new PC in august and never had a BSOD. Temps of GPU, CPU were well within limits.
My system specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x
RTX 2060 Super reference edition
16GB (2x8GB) 3600mhz RAM
Gigabyte X570 Aorus Ultra

Crash dump link

What could be the reason for this? Is it a hardware issue or drivers issue?
Thanks

I will get a friend to look at dumps.
IRQ errors are normally drivers - have you run the App centre to see if you have newest drivers & bios - https://www.gigabyte.com/au/Motherboard/X570-AORUS-ULTRA-rev-1x/support#support-dl-utility

one off bsod can happen. its the repeat offenders that are troublesome.

I would suggest you make your own post and follow this to set PC up for dumps - https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...nclude-in-blue-screen-of-death-posts.3468965/

no, I mean, make your own thread with info about your errors and stats in it, not in this thread.

It isn't fair to use someone elses question for your problem, so make a new one and I will get a friend to convert the dumps (although he is asleep now)

Yes. I have updated all drivers today. Got latest windows updated, GPU Drivers, Chipset Drivers also went to the extend of updating the BIOS.

It probably was a one off, didnt happen again today while gaming.

Anyway l am awaiting your reply about the dumps. Thanks

Sorry but the dump was invalid. Wait until you crash again and this will generate another dump file. Upload it.

I've had the same problem, check if you have the KB4541335 windows update, it was that for me
And another problem was games would crash with Exception code: 0xc0000005 in event viewer
