BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL problem

Hi there. I'm getting the IRQL BSOD and I only did a fresh install a few days ago which is a bit frustrating. I'm getting it when I play games but it seems to pop up most if I'm downloading something off Origin.
I've tried used Driver sweeper to delete my drivers and then re-install from fresh but I'm still getting the BSOD. Any advice?

I had the RAM replaced in January :/
I think one of the RAM slots is dodgy because running memtest with RAM in slot 2 gets errors but running it in slot 1 gets no errors.

I'm trying to get the board returned at the moment.

If I run it in different slots I get no errors. So i'm hoping getting the board replaced will fix it.
