Blue screen from BFG8800GTS640

Hello all I have BSOD occur two times since I have reinstalled OS (RAID 0 for performance testing). I have also seen the display driver stop and then restart with a notification of the event. I have two mini dump files as well due to adjusting setting to allow them to create (turn off auto restart). I have used Blue screen View to identify the problem area but thats all I know. I dont know if its the driver or the card or the OS in RAID0 (this is recent install on two older drives that are not optimized for RAID)

Specs
Mobo Asus M5A88-M ver(?)
CPU Athlon ii X4 620
GFX BFG 8800 GTS 640 OC version
RAM Patriot Viper Xtreme PXD34G1866ELK
HD (2) Seagate ST3500320AS in RAID 0 using on board RAID device
PS Antec TP3-650
OS windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

P.S. Windows 7 64 bit fresh install including all important updates except optional. I slipstreamed most updates via nLite to a NTFS formatted USB. I am testing the older seagates in RAID 0 to see if I can improve hard drive performance.
Let me know if you need any other Information and thank you in advance for your replies.
PS I will be back on tonight at 630 pm PST Southern California.

Solution
uhmm that is pretty nasty, i guess better get new drive(s), chance that drive failing is kinda high and dangerous, especially if you have important datas. there is some chance that bad sector can be fixed, but if its hard bad sector, it cant be fixed, depending of what kind of things cause the bad sector itself

Thank you for you reply nvincent_08, I have updated my original post with more information on the OS. (Win 7 HP 64 bit) I have downloaded Hard Disk Sentinel to test my drives operation. Hard Disk Sentinel is reporting 2 bad sectors on the disk, Spin up problems (13 times) and 116 errors occurring during data transfer I am attempting to get a picture up now

wd black is pretty good, but it isnt the quietest hdd, but it performs good and reliable

at what speed is your graphics card fan were set? setting it to like 80-100% is not really good tho for daily usage

They were set at 60% and I wanted to be able to increase speeds as load and temperature increased with a fan profile. The profile will do this automatically according to my setting.
I am seeing a item in the device manager that says unknown device. I am also seeing a driver that is being offered for AMD SM Bus (via windows update). I have already installed the chipset driver for this system. I am scratching my head at the moment Google information says that as long as the chipset drivers are installed then I do not need the AMD SMBus driver from Win updates.
Update: I installed the Update for SM Bus, but it has not had an effect on the Unknown device in the device manager(install sucessful). It is probably a special device on Asus motherboards which I am not going to worry about at this time.
Update on hard drives: I downloaded Seatools for windows 1.4.0.4 and did the short test which passed. The Smart test did Fail and the reason- "possible problem sectors which are difficult to read.... Seagate recommends that you run Seatools for DOS, which has the ability to repair most problem sectors. Seatools for DOS may be able to save you from the inconvenience and down time of exchanging the drive."
I am also seeing certain applications just freezing up and net responding, like the drives are not providing data. I think this is what is happening I also have some errors in Event Viewer as well Side by side error. It seems I have come to the problem area and need to revert back to the WD Black hard drive as the main drive. I was going to test switching out the Video card but that may be a waste of time.
I need to break the array and then reformat drives to regular drives again.
