Lo there!
Once again I turn to you in my time of need. Now, I'm having some trouble with my PC, yesterday after a few hours of gaming it went basically growling at me. It's usually quite loud due to the four fans on max (and the the missing a few screws which makes it vibrate making these homely humming noises that have become so familiar) but this was mad.
It just went louder and louder - I was thinking the GPU might've been overheating as it did seem hot, but I checked Speedfan and all was 'normal' (GPU 80c, CPU 50c).
As I alt-tabbed out of my game it slowly went back to normal noise level.
Gave me a right scare it did! I alt-tabbed back in, and nothing. Stayed quiet.
Now today I tried playing again and after a couple hours it gets loud, so I figured I'd save and let it rest a while but then suddenly got the KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR. I didn't see any more of what it said as it restarted and all was back to normal.
I did however google it and pretty much everything I found was about failing HDDs or bad drivers. I don't really know much about this and I don't know where to go from here. Hope someone here can shed some light on the problem and maybe even a solution.
Let me know what info you need.
Thanks in advance.
