BSOD kmode exception not handled

After the day I update my nvdia driver and maybe did a windows update, When playing games (BDO), I am getting BSOD kmode exception not handled. My PC would freeze sometimes before the BSOD happens. I can always play for a bit, so there must be something triggering it such as a lot of effects.... This only happens with playing black desert online when I am on a single GPU card. I have SLI, and tried each card, and I would get the BSOD. However if I am only using SLI, both cards, I will not get the BSOD. So from this, it is not my PSU since it is 850w as well.
Can this mean my card is dying? I had both cards for around a year and half. I built my pc myself.

Have you tried rolling back your graphics driver update?
