Hello

I have a problem and I haven't found the solution online.
My internet was having ping spikes so I updated my network driver. (win+r -> devmgmt.msc)

The moment this finished my pc gets a blue screen with code rtwlanu.sys .
Everytime I try to start the pc it automaticly crashes. (I assume when it tries to connect to the wifi)

I had to unplug the wifi, reboot in safe mode and delete the driver to fix it. (Since I couldn't go to a previous version)

Now I wanna know why this happens?
Was this specific for this network driver or can I search for a different network driver online?

Solution
Hello,

If the blue screen appears shortly after the PC starts, this could be an indication of defection hardware that will potentially need to be repaired. Sometimes system component such as RAM stick or hard drive needs to be replaced But in another side operating system needs to be reinstall.
