Hi, I just purchased new mobo after having problem with previous 1 and everything went smooth with the installation and worked fine until I restarted it for the first time, I was stuck in endless bsod.

I tried clearing my SSD and reinstalling Windows 10 using usb stick and it also gives me endless loop of bsod when booting through the usb. BSOD says: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I've done cmos reset, memtest and no error was detected.

Specs: ASUS ROG STRIX Z270H
Intel i5-7600k
MSI AMD RX 480
16GB DDR4 RAM
500GB SAMSUNG EVO SSD
EVGA 80+ GOLD 650W PSU

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

I can't even turn the PC on to Windows 10 with the endless loop of BSODs. Anything Windows related will cause bsod loop including USB Windows, Automatic Repair Tool, disk check. BSODs occur instantly.

Its unusual to get BSOD booting off a USB. Are you certain its booting off USB when you get those errors?

ON another PC, can you download and create a USB using memtest86. IT will make a bootable USB so no need for windows. Test your ram, 1 stick at a time. Any errors are too many as only score you want is 0. If you get any errors, stick needs to be replaced as it could be causing the error

Yes, getting BSOD booting off a USB.
Both RAM gave same BSOD loop and had crashes before with both RAM. I ordered new 1, and I'll try using that. Weird if both RAM stopped working at the same time after only 4 months of usage.
I've also done memtest and there was no error.

Try this, go to page 59 of your manual and read instructions for secure erase, you can delete SSD using the bios. Then if you get any BSOD installing win 10 it can only be caused by hardware since win 10 won't be on ssd anymore

Not sure how i missed fact you said you ran memtest in 1st post. I only suggested it as the non paged area is ram, and if this wasn't during an install I would be looking at drivers as the cause.

are the sticks compatible with motherboard? Are they running right voltages? What was problem with last motherboard?

I guess since you reset cmos that means the CPU isn't overclocked and ram isn't running an XMP setting?

I've already tried clearing SSD through bios and same problem.

I've tried updating bios driver using USB stick and same problem.

Every hardware is compatible with the motherboard.

Previous motherboard had bent pins and caused some software crashing and bsod.

Since you already ordered new ram stick, see if it has any errors. At this stage, it could be either and motherboard won't boot without ram, so we can't check without it.

wonder what linux thinks of PC - try making this on another PC: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

So I was able to install ubuntu using usb stick but it did give me some error and after installation and turning on, I'm stuck on a blank screen with the cursor, unable to do anything.

OK, well, its definitely not windows then.

I can't say for certain which of the two it is, since motherboard won't start without working ram anyway Motherboard one of the hardest things to test, its why you do everything else 1st

Ok, so after tweaking the BIOS, I was able to boot Windows 10 by changing Sync All Cores -> Auto in CPU Core Ratio setting. But after booting, I can't install anything from application to Windows update when they all crash during installation. Changing it back gives the same BSOD loop. Any idea what it means?
It also wasn't memory's fault.
