BSOD Loop on Startup

Having some issues with my machine, getting some blue screens before getting to desktop and am stuck in a 'repairing your pc loop.
Error codes I am experiencing:
DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER
IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
Stops me as soon as it hits the menu following the notification of 'failed to repair your pc'. I am unable to reboot in safe mode because it doesn't give me enough time to use the cmd prompt and can't use the shift restart trick either.

Things I have tried:
Replaced Mobo because I had one around, all compatible parts double checked everything upon installation.

Tried running Windows from a USB to repair windows but it crashes just the same, both with SSD and HDD connected and without.

Checked and made sure all connections are sound and all pieces of equipment are clean and installed correctly

Any help would be appreciated, I am not too familiar with these error codes or issues!

Hello all, recently have been having some device issues with my win 10 machine. Gets caught in a loop of Blue screens on startup, can't even get into safe mode because it crashes before I can reboot with shift. Anyways, eror codes are DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER
KERNEL_SECURITY _CHECK_FAILURE
and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
From I have read most of these are solved by fixing corrupt drivers or registry files. Only.problem I run into is that I can't even get my pc to boot into safe mode because it blue screens so quickly. Not sure how to solve this one, even tryed booting from a USB to repair my windows to no avail. Any help would be appreciated!

So I recently was having problems with my machine, seems it has been caught in a bootloop where it crashes to a blue screen before I'm able to get into safe mode. Error codes I have been receiving include:
IRQL_LESS_NOT_EQUAL
DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER
And KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILIURE
From what I've read all of these have to do with corrupted files and drivers, only problem I have is that I cannot boot my pc into safemode to check this out for myself. To be clear, I start the PC it loads the logo screen for my mobo, moves onto the "Repairing your PC" and straight into the "Windows Could Not Repair Your PC" menu, when I try to load into safe mode or trouble shoot I crash with a blue screen.
THings I have tried:
Was previously having trouble with my MOBO in a separate matter so I have since replaced that, made sure BIOS is up to date and all parts are compatible.
Tried booting windows from a USB, once with both my SSD and HDD connected and once with my HDD and SSD disconnected and trying to boot solely from the stick.
I've ran memtest to test my memory recently so I do not think that it is a memory issue
Monitor my temps, GPU and CPU both seem to have stable temps before this started to happen
Double and triple checked all connections on my mobo.

Right now I'm a bit stumped, would love some feedback and direction!
