with a BSOD error we can ask a bunch of questions about your machine, and people can guess at the problem. Or, you can post the memory dump onto a cloud storage server and give people access to the memory.dmp file. The file will contain a image of what was running at the time the bugcheck occured. people can connect a windows debugger to it and dump the info and tell you what windows thinks the issue is.

-you may also try some tools like whocrashed.exe, it can sometimes help tell you which driver caused the problem and you can go an update that driver.

- failing that you just need to start updating drivers, firmware until you happen on a fix. kind of time consuming but in the end it works.

firstly should i just keep repling or should i answer????? sorry im new as of a couple hours ago
secondly i have downloaded who crashed and i says the following

-6 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Consider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.


i also had a BSOD while i was doing the most recent two have been

copy one of the memory dmp files to the to a cloud share like skydrive and make the access public. I will take a quick look at it and see if i can get a idea of the cause.

these error tend to be hard to find because they are cause by one driver corrupting other drivers memory areas. then the other driver fails and causes a bug check. in this case some driver corrupted a part of the OS and the OS detected the corruption later and bugchecked.
