Question BSOD - memory management

This is a new computer. only 1 week old. I get it once every few days and usually not more than once in a day.

RAM is corsair 8X2. Please dont tell me i need to replace my RAM

full system spec? include make and model of the psu?
run any ram test?
windows up to date? latest bios?
cpu/gpu temp?

PSU Corsair TX550m
win up to date so as bios it seems. only ran win memory diagnostic tool that said it found hardware problems but im not sure how reliable that tool is

ן decided to reinstall windows. In the middle of the installation i got the bsod memory management. I fear this is for sure a ram problem

I took out one of the sticks and ran Win memory tool again. No problems found. I thought this is it, the bad stick. I inserted the stick again to the same slot, knowing now it will again find problems. Nothing. Ran the test again. No hardware problems found. How could this be? The stick was sitting well in the slot before i took it out so it cant be it... i find it hard to belive that this solved the problem

could be just loose. at least it is working.
