BSOD memtest86 ram

Recently I have many BSOD, I have done some research and wanted to use memtest86. Program ain't even finished and it says 65535+ errors lol. My guess is that can't be good...

That is definitely not good. You need to start by undoing any overclocks on CPU and/or RAM (including XMP). Rerun and see if you have errors. If you have errors, you could try 1 DIMM at a time to see if is one stick. If so, you might be able to run with less RAM while you RMA/replace the bad RAM.
