[SOLVED] BSOD, ndis.sys failure ?

Hi
I have an HP Envy i9, 32gb, running Windows 10 Pro for Workstations and once in a while I get a ndis.sys failure.
I tried repairing the system by using SFC /scannow, the system failed again not allowing to do the repair.
I also tried to reset the laptop but same, it failed before it could reset.

Can some one help ?

1. Update Device Drivers
2. Rollback Network Drivers
3. Scan Your Computer for Malware
4. Temporarily Disable Your Antivirus Program
5. Run SFC Scan/ already tried
6. Run DISM Command
7. Check Your Hard Drive for Errors
8. Perform A System Restore

its likely lan drivers as suggested in 2, ndis = network driver interface specification
try updating lan or wifi drivers.

run https://www.hp.com/au-en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html and let it scan for newer drivers
