BSOD newly build pc

My newly build pc just recently throwing BSOD like memory_management/ Irql not less or equal or atikmpag.sys. When i play intensive games, i experience black screen and the BSOD will just pop up. This will happen when i play games or just browsing the internet, watching movie. I have msi a320m pro vh and corsair vengeance lpx 2x4gb 2400 mhz. I ran memtest86 using the 2 sticks at the same time(dual channel) and no errors. But when i put one stick at a time, one stick will not boot up but the other one does. I ran memtest on the one stick that boots up and have no errors. Why is it like this that i can run dual channel even tough one stick does not boots up when i put it in solo.

Bump
