BSOD Now not posting

So I decided to boot the PC to play a game only for my PC to crash. Then I tried restarting it and it wouldn't post so I then tried it again this morning only for it to post but then BSOD and give me the "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL". So now it won't post again. Any ideas on what a guy without a boot media could do?

Thanks for the reply. I take it you mean by removing the CMOS?
