BSOD+ntoskrnl.exe crash Help

My computer has been crashing a lot resulting in BSOD.
I have 3 dump files, but not sure what to do here.
Bug check is 0x00000124
ntoskrnl.exe is the driver causing it (4ade0c).
What should I do about this? Would a clean install fix it?

Do clean install anyway. It's the easiest way to solve the problem...unless it's a hardware problem.
