BSOD on a new laptop, can it be (a hidden) overclocking?

Hi,
I bought a new laptop: Fujitsu A555G type. I have installed Windows 10 on it(by upgrading from 7). It is a Pro version I own.
For some reason yesterday I got a blue screen. (hal.dll+35f1f, BSOD 124) I did not thought much about it, but than it happened again today, simply while surfing on the net, watching youtube video. I am using the computer for around 3 weeks now, without problems.
Or well, I had one - the fan was too loudy, so I changed the cooling to passive and changed minimum to 55% both plugged and non plugged. I read it on a forum stating fan will not be that loudy. It worked, but I'm afraid this changed something? After the first bluescreen I changed those values back to normal - but seems this was not the problem as I got the 2nd screen.

I have uploaded the crash dumps - you can download them by clicking on the grey "Lassú letöltés" button on the right.

(Just an add: sometimes I hear a crack inside the laptop (somewhere from the right side if I am right). I read it might be just the HDD stopping when not used. I hope this is not related to the above problem, but just mentioned.)

Thank you so much!

Solution
first guess would be that the CPU overheated and got a error in the internal memory controller.
I would be looking to see that any fans are working and the machine is not getting too warm.

you might look to see if your machine has bios and driver updates that you need to apply.

the bios was not overclocked but it was running faster than the base clock frequency (but still in proper range for that CPU)

blocked fans or a program that controls the fans is not working would cause the system to overheat.
chrome also has 3d hardware acceleration enabled by default, so browser extensions can use the GPU and cause heating problems or power problems that could also cause this error. (gpu uses too much power, the CPU gets a electrical brown...

this could also happen with failing power supplies but generally if your system is up for more than 15 seconds it turns out to be a heating related issue.

-----------
most of these driver version issues should be unrelated to this current bugcheck but you might update the drivers to prevent other problems.

old driver installed:
Daemon Tools driver
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dtsoftbus01.sys Mon Oct 17 05:12:30 2011

another old driver (unexpected because of the model of the machine.)
HUAWEI Mobile Connect - Bus Enumerate Device
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\ew_jubusenum.sys Thu Nov 24 03:30:19 2011
I assume it is some cell radio driver (but it is old)

not sure about this one I would be looking for a update from Fujitsu (or the date might just be wrong)
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\FUJ02E3.sys Wed Nov 01 03:54:39 2006

there are also updates for your Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
your versionis from 2014. I would check your motherboard vendor or go directly to realtek website:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

-------------------
bugcheck 0x124
called directly by the CPU because its internal memory controller detected a cache memory error (inside the CPU)
Error : GCACHELG_ERR_ERR (Proc 1 Bank 5)
processor 1 cache memory bank 5

the system was up 16 hours 21 minutes. chrome was running so 3d graphics acceleration was on.

machine info:
Vendor FUJITSU // Insyde Software Corp.
BIOS Version 1.20
BIOS Starting Address Segment e000
BIOS Release Date 10/06/2015
Product Name LIFEBOOK A555/G
Chassis Type Notebook
Processor Version Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz
Processor Voltage 8ah - 1.0V
External Clock 100MHz
Max Speed 2700MHz
Current Speed 2500MHz

Solution
Hi johnbi,

Thanks a lot for your reply!

Someone said it can be a registry problem and I should do a clean install (not using Win 7-> 10 upgrade because it has some faults.)

I think I will try to do so!

You mention HUAWEI - I have installed an USB stick (for mobile internet) a week ago. I will use a new one (just purchased, a 4G one). Could this be the problem maybe? (Not compatible with Win 10 maybe?) It is a Huawei E303 one.
