I built a pc and everything was going well, decided to do an X.M.P profile and now i cant boot into windows, I can get in to bios fine but nothing else works, not even safe mode. I replaced the ram, removed the graphics card, and installed a new hard drive and uninstalled the other ones i had.

Specs
Windows 10 Home
Asus ROG Strix Z370 E-Gaming
Intel I7-8700k
Hyper 212 Evo
8gb(2x4) 2133mhz (New Ram)
8gb(1x8) 2400mhz (Old Ram)
Nvidia GTX 750 Ti
Corsiar MP300 M.2 (Removed)
Segate baracuda 2tb (Removed)
WD blue 1tb (New)

In total the build is like a month old max, please help, BIOS is at the current update.

I have reset BIOS to optimized defaults thats its base setting. And like i said everything was working until i set an X.M.P. Profile and i reset everything and inserted new ram. No fix.
