Any help to me will be appreciated.

If you updated the BIOS and reset it to defaults all you can do is make sure the BIOS setting for the RAM is correct. The BIOS sets the default timing values for the RAM, often it sets them incorrectly.
if you get a failure with memtest86 you should replace the RAM. Generally you would try to isolate it down to one bad stick and replace it.

I think I read that about 6% of RAM are "defective" meaning they don't run to spec. Most manufactures will not take the time to run proper tests on the RAM.

-the first bugcheck is most likely caused by the ethernet driver you are using. Fix would be to update that driver.(wireless dirver or LAN ethernet driver (wired) i can not tell without looking)
-the second bugcheck is most likely caused by the graphics driver you are using, you should update it directly from the manufacture.

-focus on installing chipset drivers for your CPU. get them from your manufacture of your motherboard or directly from the CPU vendor like intel or AMD. Google "intel chipset drivers" to get the intel ones.

then make sure you get all of your windows updates installed.

you had bugcheck in graphics code, bunch of ones in USB code, one in low level hardware routines
and one most in the filesystem driver most likely caused by the other bugchecks (ignore for now)

I think the chipset driver updates should help but you might also need to update your BIOS from your mother board manufacture.

for the graphics driver you want to get the update directly from the graphics vendor but be sure to reboot before and after you install it. (to prevent other potential issues)

because of all of the various bugchecks on your system you should run memtest86 after you have updated the BIOS to confirm that you don't have a bad memory stick that is the root cause of all of your bugchecks. (windows loads the drivers into memory in different orders on each boot. If you have a bad location in RAM each boot will end of having a different corrupted driver and thus different problems/buchecks)
running memtest86 eliminates windows drivers as the cause of problems and helps Isolate hardware/BIOS setting issues)

Thank you for spending a time for me Mr.Johnbl


I just ran MemTest (http://hcidesign.com/memtest) and i got many errors on my RAM i think i suspect RAM for all this bsods.
Moreover let you know i bought my pc in march and i dont believe that the issue is related to RAM.Seriously memTest is showing a about 10 errors in just 3.5% checking of the total 100% of the RAM.

Even I have a 12 months warranty on RAM.So whats you advice what to do next.
Whether i have to consult the sales person or can i fix this errors ??with your advice.

My RAM Specifications: HYNET, 2GB, DDR2.

If i have to exchange a RAM what RAM(best manufacturer) should i ask for.

motherboard model: MErcury 945z, core 2 duo processor.

Thank you JOHNBL for your reply.

I ran MEMTEST86 and i got many errors in only 2 passes. If i replace the RAM i will be not getting any bsod problems from then right johnbl??? Now also iam posting this through safe mode. After spending some time in safe mode even iam Facing bsod problem in safe mode.
I think its completly a hard wware problem i guess.

If i replace the RAM there wont be any problem right???
