Hello,

I hope someone might be able to help me on this.

Recently my desktop Pc just suddenly freeze and followed by the blue screen of death.

After the PC reboot it gave me some info about the problem. However, I could not make up what the problem is.

Details are as follows:

There are many things that can cause a blue screen, the first thing you need to do is stop and think.
Did you add some new software?
Did you add some new hardware?
Is your OS up to date?
Do you have a power problem?
Do you need a BIOS update?
Did your hard drive go bad?
See where I'm going with this?
 
Have you changed something on the computer lately? Had any occurances like lighting that shut your pc down or something?

It's possible your memory settings changed in bios, this can happen due to strange things like power outtages.

Check the bios to make sure the memory voltage is correct. Check sticker on dimm for correct voltage requirements.

Could also be a failing power supply.

I found out that its actually my memory fault.

I took out 2 of the ddr ram from the dimm socket .. and no more BSOD

Man..now i only have 2gb of memory to run my pc.. :cry:
