test the ram with memtest. One stick at a time

i found memory problems with the 1070 but not a lot about the 1080. None of your errors mentioned Nvidia drivers so while that may not mean anything, it doesn't help your conclusion as I would have expected them mentioned somewhere if card was to blame.

Its possible still, I mean, most errors looked like data errors. If the memory on GPU is bad it might be corrupting any instructions it handles, but I have my doubts. I don't know much about graphics but I see GPU as an output device and I doubt its memory is involved in sending instructions back to the CPU, more likely its there to store instructions going to monitor.
