Question BSOD on shutdown

Yesterday I just installed ccleaner then deleted some unnecessary apps on my computer and I'm pretty sure that I didn't remove any imporant apps here and the app also updated some of my outdated apps. and after that I shut down my computer but it took so long to shut down then after few minutes BSOD appeared, and this happens everytime I shutdown my computer. Im sorry for my bad english and thank you in advance!

Can you do a system restore in safe mode?
can you check event viewer and minidumps?does the blue screen have a *.dll mentioned or another file? What is the exact blue screen ?
Did you updated a driver by any chance?
