BSOD on Startup (100007e) auto reboot leads to No OS Note

Hello All-

I have a friend's laptop attempting to cleanup. Upon initial start up I got a blue screen at the windows load screen (link below). The PC then automatically reboots and then up comes up with a screen stating "No OS is Installed". This series of events is very repeatable. OS accessible via safe mode.

So Far:
Reset BIOS to default
Ran Malwarebytes
Removed temporary files (this BSOD is often linked to lack of hard drive space)
Ran memtest

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

All-

Was able to accomplish one normal boot after removing Avast Antivirus. Had a very small hunch the issue could be due to an antivirus trying to run on boot-up. I will follow up

Problem was indeed due to an Antivirus attempting a boot time scan and must have required mroe than available resources. Hope this helps someone else!
