I believe this has to do with the Intel storage driver. Can you reboot in to Safe Mode and uninstall your storage controllers, then reboot and allow Windows to reinstall them?

I tried rebooting into Safe Mode. Then I went into Device Manager and uninstalled Intel(R) Desktop/Workstation/Server Express Chipset SATA RAID Controller and it disappeared from the list of storage drivers. Upon startup I still received the BSOD with the same error. Did I do this uninstall correctly? The Intel driver seems to have reinstalled itself fine as I can see it Device Manager.

When you uninstall it, you may have to choose to "delete driver" when uninstalling. There should be a checkbox for that.
I tried it again but I'm still getting the BSOD. I went into device manager and went into Properties of the storage controller and clicked the uninstall button I saw there. It didn't give me an option to delete the driver. It just processed for a couple minutes and when it finished the Intel storage controller was gone from Device Manager.
