Bsod on welcome screen

Hi im new here and i just got this motherboard msi 760gm-e51.
I called msi and they said to update bios.... but i get this blue screen after the welcome screen. I tested every other part in the system and it worked fine like gpu, etc.
Anyone know why im getting this blue screen?

I have a amd fx six core
8gb drr3 1333
1tarabyte hdd
Msi 760gm-e51
1gb gtx 460 cyclone
650w psu

did your try different memory slots.

You may have a bad memory stick. Try to remove one of the sticks and see if the system runs okay, if not replace with the other stick and try again. If you get a blue screen with one of the sticks, thats the bad one.
