BSOD on windows 8 and 8.1

Hi I've had blue screen of death on my machine since I started using windows 8. I have recently installed 64Bit windows 8 and have had a range of BSOD that include memory management, paged error in paged fault in non paged area, and the latest bad pool caller. I have u[loaded a Dump file to skydrive but it is 403mb in size, is this normal??

BSOD usually happens when I have just booted up and might happen once in a day rarely more than this and sometime does not happen for days. Only once has it happened when I was in a game that was fifa 14 and once when I was accessing internet explorer from metro which I rarely use.

I'll post the dump later when it's finished uploading but suspect that the file size is wrong can anyone help.

A crash dump of that size can be normal if you're configure to create kernel or memory dumps. You can try using this software to ready your dump file http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html or http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed_whatsnew so once you get that information you can post the text here so we can view without downloading the file.
