I just updated to Windows 10 and now Chrome crashes when I open it. Premiere Pro also crashes when I try to play back a video. I used to get these crashes less frequently with 8.1 but now I get crashes every time I open them. I have updated to the newest graphics drivers with Geforce Experience. The memory diagnostic came back with no errors. When I run chkdsk I get error the type of file system is NTFS. Cannot lock drive. Cannot run because volume is in use by another proccess.
