BSOD or freeze after overclock

everytime i oc my cpu i get a WHEA bsod i have tried turning on load line calibration and that doesnt work. its everytime i try to oc my cpu i tried to oc to 4.1-4.5 with voltages up to 1.45 thats as far as im willing to go. its either a bsod or my pc just freezes. i dont know what to do or why tis doing this my pc runs fine at 4.0ghz even turbo works but when i manually trry to oc it freezes or gives me a bsod

fx 8350 (cpu cooler is cm hyper 212 evo) temps are no the issue i keep close eye on temps so its not temps
650 ti 1gb
8gb 1866 ddr3
600w psu
asus m5a97 r2.0
 
Sounds like you lucked out on the silicone lottery if you can't achieve that kind of overclock with that voltage.

Have you tried lowering ram clocks?
You could try increasing the cpu-nb voltage.
What is your CPU-NB / HT-link / FSB clock rates?
 
cpu-nb voltagtes are 1.75 i have not tried lowering ram clocks alos tried with multiplyer and fsb still the same thing happens freezes or bsod under load i tried highering the cpu-nb voltages and it stays stable for a little longer than it would when it was at 1.75 i highered the cpu-nb voltage to 1.92 and still the same thing. when i tried this ram clocks where at stock speed of 1600 9-9-9-24. the ht link speed is 2200 fsb is at 200
