BSOD Problem + MemTest86 Results Clarification

Hello everyone. I would like to thank you guys in advance for any help!

I have an HP dv7 Pavilion that is a little over 2 years old. About 9 months ago, I would occasionally get a BSOD while streaming sports (WatchESPN or First Row) while using HDMI to my TV. Otherwise, I would never get the BSOD while browsing the internet or playing games on High Definition.

After reading through some other threads, many suggested this is a RAM issue. My BSOD is a "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" error. I installed MemTest 84 with a CD-ROM and booted it up. The first time it gave me 15 errors. Because I forgot to take a picture of it, I ran the test a second time. Now, I only received three errors and I would like to get some clarification on it and what it means. I have included two photos of the results below.

EDIT: I have also not Overclocked anything.

either it overheats, check with coretemp or hwmonitor (if it does, a cooling pad will help) or the ram or cpu are defective... easiest test would be to replace the ram with one that you know works. if still bad -> cpu if works -> ram.

the fact that it got better after you changed something seems to suggest it's a heating issue.
