BSOD problem on vista

hi.. i would just like to ask what to do with my asus k401j laptop because it always displays the blue screen error IRQ_LESS_NOT_EQUAL even after I reformat the laptop. It would run for about an hour then display the BSOD after. Pls help.
By the way my OS is Windows Vista Starter 32- bit.

make a boot usb stick and put memtest86 on it run it see if your ram is bad. if the laptop has two stick of ram see if there seated.
