I have experiencing the BSOD for several weeks now. about every 3-4 days. The counter of data collector never goes above 0%.

Stop code "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.

I have tried all DISM commands etc found on the web to fix this with no luck.

I ran a hardware checker that displayed several LogiTech devices with no drivers. Removed LogiTech keyboard and mouse and replaced with wired Dell products

With advise from a Tech friend I tried to reseat the memory boards and the disk drives and removed all non-essential hardware.

New stop code 0xc000021a.

I am running Win11.

Any ideas?

Hrmmm, Have you tried running a windows repair?

Start menu search > type > advanced startup > restart > should get you to those options.

Other than that what are your hardware specifications.

I am assuming that you have dusted all of the heatsinks and memory?

Also whats your services GUI look like, as far as how many services are running?

0xc000021a i think that is a winlogin service death.
It is a key service that is targeted by malware. but could be just a corruption problem or ram problem.

I would start with a malware scan
then run cmd.exe as an admin and run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
then turn off the virtual memory to delete the pagefile.sys
reboot, then update the bios, cpu drivers and other motherboard drivers from your motherboard vendor. do not install the motherboard utilities. (remove them if you have installed them)

then retest, if the problem is in ram, update the bios and set the proper RAM settings and run memtest86
