Question BSOD Ram problems

Hey all, I recently built this PC:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200g
Motherboard: B450 TOMAHAWK
Graphics: Radeon RX 570
Memory: G.Skill 16GB (2 x 8GB) Aegis DDR4 PC4-24000


Everything runs great when its running. The problem is whenever I have more than 1 program open, everything freezes and I am greeted with a blue screen such as the ones here

I also have mini dump files if needed.

The errors are: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
what failed: tcpip.sys

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

what failed: dxgmms2.sys

Update drivers. If that fails, try reseating ram and then booting from one stick.
