[SOLVED] BSOD RAM?

So a while back i would get a lot of BSODs, with a constant error message of "driver irql not less or equal". I didn't really do much about it because it only really happened while playing GTA which i don't do that often anyway. Recently, I'm getting a lot more BSODs now with error message "bad pool header" and its happening when i use my virtual machines (which i do a lot). GTA still is prone to crashing, but not really BSODs.
Windows memory diagnostic and Memtest86 have revealed no problems while running each stick of RAM individually and together. That said, one test of WMD out of maybe 10 did say "there is a problem with your memory" or words to that effect. I have been completely unable to reproduce that result beyond the one occurence.
I have tried the following, but i can still always cause a BSOD by streaming 4k within a VM after doing each of these:
Reinstalling VMware
Checking drivers
Running one stick of RAM at a time.
Downclocking RAM & relaxing timings

I wonder if perhaps the issue is just dependent on RAM usage and i'm getting sidetracked with this VM streaming nonsesnse. All i know is, 10 mins of 4K inside a VM will cause a blue screen, one windows memory diagnostic run out of many signalled an issue and memtest has never found an issue. I'd really like to avoid reinstalling windows if possible. Nothing is overclocked.
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 1600
Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz 16-18-18-36
MSI B350M Mortar Arctic
Sapphire nitro Rx 460 4GB
PNY CS1311 480GB SSD

May not be relevant but each time windows crashes, radeon wattman does that popup saying "default settings restored due to system failure". I don't know if it is doing that just because windows crashed or because it caused windows to crash?
Minidump of latest crash: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iyuj9qwkj47wkko/081419-15468-01.dmp?dl=0
Many thanks

This crashed:
Nov 19 2013 athuwbx.sys Qualcomm Atheros WiFi driver
More information: https://pste.eu/p/5cfL.html

Since the driver is dated 2013, first try looking for the latest version of the Killer Networking drivers (also known as: Qualcomm Atheros drivers) to see if those help.

There's BIOS updates available for your system however I would hold off on those for now.

If it still crashes, upload new dump files.
undo all over clocking and under clocking then format and clean install windows. if you also get lot of blue screens after that then take your computer to a repair shop for a checkup because most probably there is a hardware issue which is causing the blue screens
