looks like your cpu vcore needs increased as that is what the error code 0x1E = add more vcore.
The problem could be your psu has not got enough wattage or enough amps on the +12v rails as the r9 290s do suck some power

No i've used the stock drivers from the dvd wich was given with the MOBO

Okay so a few minutes ago i've updated all of the MOBO driver and after doing a restart and typed some words in the brower i had the same BSOD as before with the 1E at the end.

Sometimes this happens with 1A at the end.

BSOD Codes
0x124 = add/remove vcore or QPI/VTT voltage (usually Vcore, once it was QPI/VTT)
0x101 = add more vcore
0x50 = RAM timings/Frequency add DDR3 voltage or add QPI/VTT
0x1E = add more vcore
0x3B = add more vcore
0xD1 = add QPI/VTT voltage
0x9C = QPI/VTT most likely, but increasing vcore has helped in some instances”
0X109 = add DDR3 voltage
0x0A = add QPI/VTT voltage

Don't you think that my 700w gold rated PSU should run this system smoothly?

It should be ok as it is seasonic guts in it just re-branded for cooler master but i cant get away from the fact that it is voltage issue with the cpu put the system under load using OCCT system tester if it crashes it is the cpu voltage needs a slight tweak have you got it on an offset in the bios? also are you using an overclock on the cpu

I have not changed any setting in the BIOS.

But i also have stock coolers. Is it possible that this is a problem?

So i have downloaded this OCCT system tester and at cpu it says that overclock around 11 precent. But i have no idea what is it.

No i haven't set any overclocks but it says that i have 10 % in OCCT. Base TEMPs are around 40 degrees.

your motherboard must be applying an auto overclock must be a asus software or bios setting. if it is an auto setting it could be the vcore voltage is not enough to sustain the the higher clock value in turn causing the blue screen error
